摘要
《学记》中"教学相长"思想虽常被提及,但人们对其本义、引申义却不是那么熟知,也存在着将这两种含义相混淆的现象。为更好地继承"教学相长"思想,古为今用,有必要追溯其本义,理清其引申义。尤其是在"我—你"师生关系的影响下,"教学相长"的内涵又有新的演变,包括:师生之间知识的共享,"教"与"学"意识的转变,师生之间的精神相融。"教学相长"内涵发展的启示在于:当代教师仅关注"教"是不够的,还必须学会"学","从教中学",甚至敢于"俯下身子",从学生身上获取新知,实现师生之间知识的共享。
"Teaching benefits teachers as well as students" is often mentioned in "To learn", but its original meaning and extended mean- ing are not well known and sometimes are even confused by people. To better inherit the thought of "Teaching benefits teachers as well as stu- dents", making the past serve the present, it is necessary to trace back to its original meaning and clarify its metaphorical meaning. With the influence of the "I-you" relationship between teachers and students, an evolution of the connotation of "Teaching benefits teachers as well as students" appears, which includes: knowledge sharing between teachers and students, transformation of "teaching" and "learning" consciousness, mental tmrmony between teachers and students. The enlightenment is it is not enough for contemporary teachers only focus on "teaching", they must learn to learn, "leam by teaching" and are even willing to learn from their students to achieve knowledge sharing between teachers and students.
