摘要 目的:探讨适合提升贫困大学生自信心的团体辅导方案。方法:根据团体辅导的理念,结合社会工作的历奇教育,为贫困生设计相应的团体辅导方案,设置成长性、结构化、封闭式的贫困生同质团体活动5次。采取SES、CSES、SCCS、SCS四个量表对30名大学生进行前测、后测,通过培训效果来验证方案的可靠性与有效性。结果:贫困生在培训后,自尊、核心自我评价及自我意识上都有了显著的提高,测试结果出现了显著性差异(P<0.01),在自我和谐上变化不明显。结论:该团体辅导方案因自身的特点和设置,在提高贫困大学生自信心与自我意识上有显著效果,可以进一步完善与推广。 Objective: To explore a proper group counseling programme to improve the self-confidence of impoverished college students. Methods:According to the concept of group counseling, design a relevant group counseling prograinme for impoverished college students combin- ing the adventure education of social work, and offer developmental, structured, enclosed and homogeneous group activities five times. Before and after the group counseling, 30 college students are assessed with the four scales of SES, CSES, SCCS and SCS, so as to validate the reliability and effectiveness of the programme through the training effect. Results:After the group counseling, the students' self-esteem, self-evaluation and self-consciousness have improved significantly as obvious difference appears in the test results( P 〈 0.01, except the self-consistency and con- gruence. Conclusion: Due to its own characteristics and settings, the group counseling programme has a significant effect on improving impoverished college students' self-confidence and self-consciousness,and it should be improved and promoted further
