Challenges to Class Teaching in Colleges and Universities and Its Way out in Digital Era

时下高校课堂教学常面临"沉默症"、"逃课热"等种种"乱象",无论将其归咎于教师或学生、或各打五十大板,都无助于理解种种"乱象"背后的社会性事实。数字化时代将学生置于一个迥异于其师辈的媒介环境,颠覆了传统时期教师对学生关系中的"权力"优势。在网络教育尚未大行其道的当下,大学课堂教学要正视和利用智能手机等移动电脑终端,但信息不充分的低清晰度教学仍是教学设计应坚持的基本原则。

Nowadays, truancy and silence are troubling the class teaching in colleges and universities. Scholars often blame the teachers and students for this but it is helpless. The digital era in which the students are living is very different to the print era that their teachers lived in,and the advantages which the teachers gained in print era are becoming less and less. Before the online class became popular, the class teaching should take advantage of mobile computer and smart phone, but at the same time, insufficient information and lower resolution will still be the basic rule in class teaching in colleges and universities.
