摘要
管理体制是机构体系和规范制度的统一体,它在很大程度上决定了组织管理水平的高低。文章针对高校传统内部管理体制中存在的弊端,从体系和制度的两大层面展开分析。认清高校内部管理体制弊端的成因,明确改革的路径选择,探讨具体的解决措施,有利于高校不断实现内部管理体制的优化,进而提升其管理绩效水平发挥积极的促进作用。
Management system is the unity of organization system and standard system.It determines the level of management to a great extent. Ahrhng at the disadvantages of traditional management system,this paper carries out an analysis from such two aspects as system and regul'afions. By recognizing the causes leading to the defects in university internal management system and clearing reform path selection,the specific measures are put forward to solve the problems so as to optimize the management system and enhance the performance of management level as well.
