Legal Counter-policy on the Phenomena of “Temporary Couples”

随着城市外来务工人员的增多,打工者中大量出现的"临时夫妻"现象而引起的家庭纠纷和社会矛盾也逐渐引起社会关注。如何面对"临时夫妻"现象所带来的困境是我们亟待解决的重要问题。文章从"临时夫妻"的概念、特征、现状等方面分析了"临时夫妻"产生的原因及其解决的对策。

With the emerging of urban migrant workers into cities, there is a phenomenon that many“temporary couples”came into being. Thus it leads to a lot of family disputes and social contradictions which gradually draw social attention. How to deal with and solve problems caused by “temporary couples” is becoming an urgent problem needed to be solved. This article is going to analyze the reason of this phenomena and its solution policy by discussing the concept of“temporary couples”and its characteristics and current situation.
