新型职业农民具有较高的人力资本含量、较高的收入和社会地位、鲜明的专业性和职业性特点。新型职业农民是新农村建设的主体,是发展新型现代农业的主要推动者。要培养大批量的新型职业农民,发展新型现代农业,必须要营造公平的社会环境、制定完善的政策、建立健全的法律体系、建立宽广的资金来源、建立完善的培训制度、设计健全的培训体系、选择合理的培训内容和方式。

They are the main building of new countryside and the main driving force of the development model of modern agriculture.
