项目管理理论是一种新的管理理论体系,帮助管理者运用管理手段与管理工具科学化、规范化地进行项目管理。本文从高职院校科研经费管理中存在的问题出发,将项目管理理论引入到高职院校科研经费管理中,从范围、时间、成本、质量、人力资源等几个方面来阐述项目管理给高职院校科研经费管理带来的优势,旨在推动高职院校科研经费的规范科学地使用,提升科研经费的使用效益,保护科研项目组的利益。

The theory of project management is a new management system,which help managers to use management means and management tools of scientific,standardized management of project.Starting from the existing management of funds for scientific research in higher vocational colleges,the project management theory to the management of funds for scientific research in higher vocational colleges,expounds the project management to bring the management of funds for scientific research in higher vocational colleges advantage from several scope,time,cost,quality,human resources and other aspects,to promote scientific research funds of higher vocational colleges with scientific norm land use,improve use efficiency of scientific research funds,the protection of the interests of the scientific research project group.
