摘要
绿色信贷是通过对节能减排的环保项目的支持和对高耗能污染的非环保项目的反对,来达到引导企业发展绿色经济,保护生态环境的目的。近几年中国的雾霾天气引起了全世界的关注,因此发展绿色信贷,利用绿色金融产品的不断创新来达到治理雾霾的目的,具有重要意义。
In recent years,China＇s haze has attracted the world attention,it also has been important significance of the development of green-credit policy to governance the haze.Green-credit policy supports the projects about energy saving and environmental protection,and opposes Non-environmental projects.It achieves the purpose of guiding enterprises to develop the green economy and protect the environment.
