With the expansion of higher education,logistics repair project is also growing.By analyzing the characteristics of logistics repairing project and problems existing in the project management,according to the meaning of fine management in logistics management and the significance of repairing,the paper explores the way to establish the fine management of repairing project logistics to do the repairing work,to maximize the limited funds.
