摘要
烟台市城市科技广场是烟台市的又一地标建筑。科技广场类项目不同于一般的公共建筑,它具有体量大、功能多样、布局分散等特点,给此类建筑的空调设计提出了新的要求。结合烟台市城市科技广场工程实例,介绍了该项目的空调系统设计,主要包括设计参数、全年动态负荷计算、空调冷热源、通风系统、防排烟系统与自动控制等,并总结了此类工程设计过程中应注意的问题,强调了全年动态负荷模拟计算在此类工程设计中的重要性,供以后类似工程设计参考。
Yantai Science and Technology Square is another landmark building in Yantai. This project is different from the general public building for its features of large space, functional diversity and scattered layout. New requirements are proposed for air -conditioning design of such buildings. With a project example, the paper describes the air-conditioning system design for the project, including design parameters, annual dynamic load calculation, air-conditioning heat and cold sources, air-conditioning water system, air-conditioning ventilation system, smoke control and exhaust system and automatic control system and so on. Issues to be aware are summarized, and the importance of the annual dynamic load simulation in the design of such projects is stressed.
