摘要
主要介绍了某既有建筑的外围护结构、空调冷源、公共区域照明系统、电梯系统的节能改造内容。采用该建筑的能耗综合管理系统对改造前后数据进行比较分析,改造后总能耗节能率约为7.5%,年节约电力约11.2万kW·h;进线1号、2号分别降低了负载约200 kW和100 kW;后续运行过程也暴露出对运行管理人员培训不充分的问题,比如在低空调负荷状态下,按照原有运行模式时,导致冷水机组冷却水低温报警,无法正常开启,经过后续培训,上述问题都得到了很好的解决。
The retrofitting of an existing building is expounded, including the building envelope, cold source of air conditioning, lighting system in public area, and elevator system. Data before and after retrofitting are analyzed comparatively according to the integrated management system for building energy. The analysis shows that the total energy saving rate is about 7.5%, electricity saves about 112 000 kW·h;the load of the line No.1 and No.2 reduces about 200 kW and 100 kW respectively; operation process also exposed a problem - inadequate training for operation and management personnel, for example, the chiller cannot normally operate for the low temperature alarm of cooling water under the low air conditioning load and the original operating mode. The above problems are solved very well with the follow-up training.
