北京市房山区2003-2014年5岁以下儿童死亡原因分析

Cause of death analysis in children under five years old in Fangshan District,Beijing( 2003-2014)

目的了解房山区5岁以下儿童主要死因及变化趋势,寻求降低儿童死亡率的有效方法并干预。方法对北京市房山区2003-2014年5岁以下户籍人口死亡资料做流行病学分析。结果房山区5岁以下儿童平均死亡率4.35‰,呈逐年下降趋势。新生儿、婴儿为主要死亡人群,先天疾患、早产及低体重、出生窒息、意外伤害占66.29%。结论加强围产期保健质量和婚检工作,是预防出生缺陷、先天疾患和早产低体重的关键。

Objectives To understand the main causes and trends of death for children under five years old in Fangshan District, and seek effective intervention to reduce child mortality. Methods Epidemiological analysis was performed on children under five years old among the registered population. Results The average rate of mortality in children under five years old was 4. 35 % , and exhibited a declining trend. Mortality in the population mainly consisted of newborns and infants. Congenital disorders, premature birth and low birth weight, birth asphyxia, and injuries accounted for 66. 29% of deaths. Conclusion Strengthening the quality of perinatal care and pre-marital medical check-up were key measures for the prevention of birth defects, congenital disorders and premature low birth weight.
