宜昌市医疗机构HIS系统中开发传染病疫情报告系统模块的效果评价

Effectiveness evaluation of the hospital information system's infectious disease reporting module for medical institutions in Yichang City

目的对全市开发HIS系统的医院进行传染病疫情报告调查和质量评价,旨在进一步完善HIS系统中传染病报告管理系统功能。方法采用医学统计学方法进行分析。结果医疗机构HIS系统纳入传染病疫情报告系统模块的新方法,在传染病报告及时率(χ2=7.32,P=0.01<0.05)、准确率(χ2=8.22,P=0.00<0.05)、临床医生工作效率(t=2.11,P=0.04<0.05)、疫情信息员工作效率(t=-2.95,P=0.01<0.05)方面优于传统方法。结论推广HIS系统中规范的传染病报告管理系统功能,具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate and evaluate infectious disease reporting in Yichang City hospitals that use the hospital information system （HIS） so as to continue developing the system capabilities of the HIS infectious disease reporting module . Methods Medical statistical analysis was applied. Results After implementing the infectious disease reporting module into the HIS, the timely report rate （ X2 = 7.32,P = 0. 007 〈 0. 05 ）, accuracy （ X2 = 8.22, P = 0. 004 〈 0. 05 ）, efficiency of clinical doctors （t =2. 11 ,P =0. 04 〈0. 05） , and efficiency of epidemic information workers （t = -2. 95 ,P =0. 01 〈0. 05） , all saw improvement over indices from the traditional reporting method. Conclusion The module can improve the quality of infectious disease reports, can alleviate the burden of epidemic information, and improve work efficiency. Therefore, it is important to promote the HIS infectious disease report management system.
