摘要
根据现代粮食物流技术发展要求,结合大型楼房仓建设与应用,对其粮食储存及出入仓工艺进行探讨.根据楼房仓多层储粮的结构特点,利用顶层楼层建筑结构特点及其储粮为1楼和2楼起到的隔热保温作用,配合采用低温季节对储粮进行蓄冷、气温回升前隔热保冷、夏季局部环流通风降温的综合控温技术,从而使楼房仓1楼和2楼不使用任何制冷设备,储粮全年达到准低温储藏状态,实现绿色储粮和生态储粮.
The green grain storage has been a focus in the grain storage field due to the increasingly restricted regulation on the synthetic pesticides widely used in the grain storage in the world. Thus, controlled temperature grain storage has been highlighted by researchers for recent years. According to the demand for developing modem grain logistics as well as construction and application of larger-scale multi-storied warehouses, technical system design of grain loading and unloading was discussed. Based on the grain storage performance of multi-storied warehouses, the top level facility and its stored grain could serve as a good thermal insulator for the grain stored in the first and second floors space. Reasonably taking advantage of comprehensive controlled temperature technique, including cooling the stored grain by aeration at low temperature seasons, keeping low grain temperature before the ambient increasing and reducing grain temperature by circulation ventilation at local positions, could keep the stored grain in the first and second floors space at quasi-low temperature state without using any cooling facilities throughout the entire year, and realize green grain storage and ecological storage.
