地方综合类高职有别于普通高校及行业高职，受专业庞杂等因素的影响，定位往往不够清晰，因此必须切实打造特色人才培养模式，求异办学，错位发展，通过发展战略和机制的改革，实现多方联动、系统协同、力量整合的错位发展。使不同的创新主体与跨区域合作办学、校企合作办学、国际化开放办学等开放多元化的办学理念在整个创新系统中达成一致，形成地方综合类高职跨越式发展强劲的内驱力．

Local comprehensive higher vocational colleges are different from the regular colleges and industry vocational colleges. Influenced by the factors such as the complexity of the profession, the orientation of the local comprehensive higher vocational colleges is always not clear. Therefore, we must effectively create characteristic personnel training mode, seek other education and dislocation development. Through the reform of development strategies and mechanisms, achieve the dislocation development of multi linkage, system coordination, and power integration, to make different innovation main bodies and the open and diversified school -running concepts such as cross regional cooperative education, school -enterprise cooperation education, and international open education, reach an agreement on the entire innovation system, and form the strong internal drive of the leapfrog development of local comprehensive higher vocational colleges.
