摘要 结合35kV并联电容器组的结构、运行状况和现场监控视频,通过诊断试验、理论推断和视频图像分析,对电容器组爆炸事故进行了深入分析和经验总结,对今后如何确保电容器组安全稳定地运行,利用先进的带电检测技术手段提前发现设备所存在的缺陷,防范事故发生进行经验总结,针对电网谐波对电容器组安全运行产生的危害提出防护措施,以防止类似事故再次发生。 In this paper, based on the structure, operation condition and on-site monitoring video of the capacitor bank, the explosion accident of the 35 kV shunt capacitor bank is analyzed and summarized through diagnostic test, theoretical deduction and video image analysis. The experience is summarized for how to assure safe and stable operation of the capacitor bank in the future, how to find out in advance the existed defect with advanced live detection technology and prevent the accident. The preventive measures on the influence of grid harmonic generation as well as the safe operation of capacitor bank are proposed, so to void reoccurrence of the similar accident.
