中亚5国电力发展概况及合作机遇探析

Development Situation of Electric Power Industry of Five Countries in Central Asia and Analysis on Cooperation Chance

中亚5国电力设施建设正处在扩张时期。从装机容量看,中亚5国中,哈萨克斯坦和乌兹别克斯坦分别达到19000MW和12000MW,而吉尔吉斯斯坦、土库曼斯坦、塔吉克斯坦3国的装机总量距离12000MW有一定差距。随着经济和社会发展,目前的装机容量已经不能满足需求,同时能源结构明显不合理,未来调整空间很大。中亚5国有着丰富的电力资源,各国都有明确支持电力发展的政策和规划,因此,在"一带一路"战略方针指引下,加强与中亚5国在电力装备方面的合作具有广阔的发展前景。

The power facility construction of five countries in Central Asia is in the boom. The installed capacity of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan is 19 000 MW and 12 000 MW respectively when the total installed capacity of other three countries like Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan is even less than 12 000 MW. Present installed capacity is not willing to satisfy the demands of economic and society development, the energy construction is not reasonable either, and the adjustment space is very large. There are plenty of electric power resources in the five countries in Central Asia, and each country＇s government puts out the policy and plan to support electric power development. So there is great coopera- tion future with those countries on electric equipment under the strategy of ＂One Belt and One Road＂.
