摘要
通过对宝山矿石性质的研究,采用乙硫氮+25#黑药+MB黄药为铅浮选的组合捕收剂,以Na2S+ZnSO4+Na2SO3+Tj为锌硫的组合抑制剂,对原有氰工艺流程进行药剂制度改造和优化,获得铅锌浮选品位与回收率相近时,提高了银的回收率,减少了NaCN对环境的污染,符合清洁生产的要求,取得了较好的工艺生产指标。
In this paper, based on the research of the Baoshan ore properties, adopting b sulfur nitrogen + 25# black medicine + MB xanthate as the combination collector of the lead to lead flotation, and ZnSO4 Na2S + Na2SO3 + Tj of zinc sulfide inhibitors, the original cyanide reagent regime was reformd and the technological process was optimized. The similar flotation to lead and zinc grade and recovery rate was obtained, and it improved the recovery of silver decreased NaCN pollution to the environment, accord with the requirement of clean production. Good process indexes were obtained.
