摘要
某矿石可供回收的主要元素为钨,品位为0.75%,主要以白钨矿产出,白钨矿相占钨总量的95.85%,该地区水质较硬,水中Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-离子含量极高,对浮选,尤其是精选效果影响很大。通过对该矿物的工艺矿物学、地区特点和实验研究结果分析得出采用浮-重联合流程处理工艺回收钨,获得白钨精矿品位75.50%,回收率67.29%,尾矿品位0.15%,回收率20.82%的良好指标。
A tungsten ore grade is 0. 75% that scheelite accounted for 95.85% of the total tungsten. In the ore region, the water quality is hard and the content of Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ , Cl^- ion is extremely high, the effects for flotation, especially selection is very large. According to the mineralogy, regional characteristics and experimental results, it is concluded that the floating - heavy joint process is suitable, the results of white tungsten concentrate grade of 75.50% and recovery of 67.29% ,tailings grade of O. 15% and recovery of 20. 82% is obtained.
