摘要
试验以10 ng/m L金标准溶液为试样,以1%抗坏血酸作为基体改进剂,通过试验对比,采用石墨炉斜坡升温程序,改进样品的前处理方法和仪器的测试条件,找到既能满足生产要求,又能提高生产效率,且保证数据准确性的方法。
In this paper,the sample concentration of standard gold solution is 10 ng/mL. The 1% aseorbic acid was chosen as a matrix modifier. Through the experimental comparison, use the graphite furnace temperature program of slope, making better pretreatment method of sample and the test conditions of instrument, to find a way which can not only meet the requirements of production, but also improve production efficiency, and ensure the accuracy of data.
