Bcl-2及Bax在胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的表达及意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的检测Bcl-2及Bax在胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPT)的表达变化,以探讨细胞凋亡基因在SPT发生中的作用。方法选择兰州大学第一医院2000年1月至2014年10月手术切除的胰腺及后腹膜肿瘤标本,经病理证实、临床资料齐全的25例SPT组织为实验组,瘤周正常胰腺组织为对照组,用免疫组化染色法检测Bcl-2及Bax的表达。结果 Bcl-2在25例SPT组织中12例表达阳性,在正常胰腺组织中2例表达阳性;Bax在25例SPT组织中15例表达阳性,在正常胰腺组织中4例表达阳性,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。SPT中,实性区Bcl-2/Bax比值上调;退变区Bcl-2/Bax比值下调。结论细胞凋亡基因Bcl-2及Bax在SPT发生中起一定的作用,并可能与其特征性结构形成有关。
