摘要
利用Al2O3-MgO-Y2O3为烧结助剂,在1900℃下无压烧结制备SiC陶瓷.用XRD和SEM分析SiC陶瓷表面氧化产物相组成和微观形貌.结果表明:烧结助剂为wt(2%Al2O3+4%MgO+4%Y2O3)所制备的SiC陶瓷所形成的颗粒较为光滑,且孔隙相对较小.
This paperused Al2O3-MgO-Y2O3 as a sintering additives, Silicon carbide ceramics were prepared by pressing and sintering at 1900℃, the phase composition and surface morphology of oxidized products on the sur-face were studied by XRD and SEM methods. The results showed that, used wt(2%Al2O3+4%MgO+4%Y2O3) as a sin-tering additives, the particles of SiC ceramics were relatively smooth, and the pores is relatively small.
