摘要
目前离子式静电消除器在石化企业料仓粉体治理方面有较为广泛的应用,但在生产装置上未有应用的案例。文章对影响离子式静电消除器消电效果的因素进行了研究,包括空气湿度、正负极性放电、输送方式等。试验结果表明湿度会增加空气带载能力;通过一段管道输送后,离子被吸收较多,而此时正极性产生的离子消电能力更强。
Currently ion electrostatic eliminators have been widely used on silos powder disposal in the pet- rochemical enterprise while still havent been used in the production equipment yet. This paper studies on the effect of different factors of the ion electrostatic e- liminators, including air humidity, the polarity of the discharge, delivery methods and so on. The research results provide important reference for ion - type static elimination technology in other areas.
