摘要
利用离子液体(氯铝酸类N,N-二甲基苯胺盐酸盐)作催化剂合成乙酸丁酯,与浓硫酸、无水Al Cl3作催化剂进行对比实验。结果表明,反应温度为110℃左右,反应2h,当n(正丁醇)︰n(乙酸酐)=1︰1,催化剂为离子液体时,产率最高为87.00%,表明离子液体为最佳催化剂。
The ionic liquids (N,N-dimethyl aniline hydrochloride-homemade) were used as catalysts for the synthesis of butyl acetate, which were compared with the catalysts of concentrated sulfuric acid and anhydrous aluminum chloride. The results showed that the reaction temperature 110℃, reaction time 2h, n(butanol):n(acetic anhydride)=1:l, the ionic liquid as catalyst, the yield was 87.00%, indicated that the best catalyst was ionic liquid.
