In the mid 14th century, the Black Death had a profound impact on the history course of the British society. In the perspective of the traditional historical research, the people are considered "vulnerable" and in a " passive" state in the social operation system. Under the microscopic vision, during the Black Death, the people are reckoned with a hidden power in the transformation of the traditional social system in medieval England. Based on the analysis, the article concludes that all parties of the people, the Black Death and the organic social development ecosystem formed by the social transformation together are affecting rather than opposing each other in the nature of its functional mechanism.
