College Legal Teaching Dilemma and Ways Out——a Case of Moral Education and Basics of Law

《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程法律部分是学生获取法律知识的主要渠道。其教学目标是培养学生法律思维,提高学生法律修养,使学生能够解决成长成才过程中遇到的实际问题。然而,由于法律部分教学时数、教师、教学模式等问题,法律部分的教学目标很难实现。为此,需要从多方面着手寻找出路,破解这一困境。

Lawi teaching in the couse of Moral Education and Basics of Law is a main channel from which college students achieve legal knowledge. Its goal is to develop legal thinking, enhance legal accomplishment, able to solve practical problems in his lifetime. However, because of teaching periods, teachers, teaching model, legal goal is hard to reach. Therefor, it is necessary to seek ways out in many ways to solve the dilemma.
