中医健康教育实践研究进展

The research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine health education practice

中医药在促进全民健康中发挥着重要的作用,中医养生保健、"治未病"理念和方法得到人们的广泛认同。在中医经典古籍及现行文献中,对中医药养生保健理念及实践的对象、方法、内容均有探讨。本文在综观古、今文献的基础上,对古代、现代中医健康教育的发展历程进行回顾性分析,针对现行中医健康教育中存在的问题及对策进行探讨,以期为更好地发挥中医健康教育在提升全民健康素养中的作用提供一定的依据。

Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） plays an important role in promoting the human health. The idea and methods in TCM health care and＂treat before sick＂have been widely accepted by the people. The concepts and practice methods of TCM health care are discussed in the classic and current literatures. Based on reviewing the classic and current literatures of TCM health education, the author analyzed retrospectively the development of TCM health education and discussed the existing problems in this ifeld in order to provide some bases for TCM in promoting the national health literacy.
