摘要
目的 :探讨护士长诚信领导行为对护士工作投入的影响。方法 :采用诚信领导问卷和工作投入量表对北京市某三级甲等医院的208名护士进行调查研究,分析护士长诚信领导行为对护士工作投入的影响。结果 :护士长的诚信领导行为可正向影响护士工作投入,其中自我意识和内化道德观维度作用显著。结论 :医院和护理管理者应重视诚信领导,采取措施提高护士长诚信领导行为,从而改善护士的工作投入。
Objective：To investigate the inlfuence of head nurses＇ authentic leadership on nurses＇ work engagement. Method：Totally 208 nurses from a tertiary hospital in Beijing were investigated with Authentic Leadership Questionnaire （ALQ） and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale （UWES）. Result：Head nurses＇ authentic leadership had a positive inlfuence on nurses＇ work engagement. Among the four dimensions, self-awareness and internalized moral perspective were signiifcantly associated with nurses＇ work engagement. Conclusion：Nursing managers should pay more attention to authentic leadership, and effective actions should be taken to strengthen head nurses＇ authentic leadership, so as to enhance nurses＇ work engagement.
