摘要
本文在回顾儿童专科医院护理人力资源配置现状的基础上,分析了合理配置护理人力资源的方法,并展望未来研究趋势,以期为合理配置儿童专科医院护理人力资源提供参考。
The authors reviewed the current situation of nursing human resources allocation in children＇s hospital, summarized the methods of rational allocation of nursing human resources, and pointed out the further research trends, so as to provide references for rational allocation of nursing human resources in children＇s hospital.
