应用品管圈降低产后尿潴留发生率的实践

Implementing quality control activities to decrease postpartum urine retention rate

目的:探讨品管圈手法在降低自然分娩产后尿潴留发生率中的应用。方法:成立品管圈,通过品管圈活动步骤,运用质量管理常用工具对产后尿潴留存在问题进行改进,并将改进前后状况进行比较。结果:品管圈活动使产后尿潴留的发生率从18.80%降到7.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:运用品管圈的手法有效地降低了产后尿潴留发生率,有效地提高了护理质量和团队凝聚力,而且也提高了护士主动参与质量管理的意识和能力。

Objective： To explore the effect of quality control activities on decreasing urine retention rate after natural labour. Methods： The authors set up a quality control circle, followed the steps of quality control activities with professional quality management tools to solve the existing problems in preventing postpartum urine retention. Urine retention rate was compared before and after the activities. Results： The urine retention rate decreased from 18.80% to 7.29%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The application of the quality control circle activities could decrease the postpartum urine retention rate and improve care quality. It also could increase the quality management capacities of staffnurses.
