支气管哮喘患者延续护理的研究进展

Research progress on the continuing care for patients with bronchial asthma

延续护理对支气管哮喘患者的健康维护有着重要作用。本文从支气管哮喘延续护理的形式及内容和效果评价两个方面进行综述,形式及内容主要包括电话随访、家庭访视、网络随访、健康讲座和社区管理,效果评价主要包括生活质量评价和心理状况评价,旨在为进一步对支气管哮喘患者实施延续护理提供参考。

The continuing care for patients with bronchial asthma plays an important role in health maintenance. This article are reviewed from content and form and effect evaluation of the continuing care of bronchial asthma. Content and form include telephone follow-up, home visits, online follow-up, health lectures and community management, effect evaluation mainly contains the evaluation of quality of life and psychological status, in order to provide references for the further implementation of continuing care for patients with bronchial asthma.
