中医传统丹龙醒脑方治疗脑梗的临床探究

Clinical curative effect of Danlongxingnao Fang in the treatment of cerebral infarction

目的 探究丹龙醒脑方治疗脑梗的临床疗效.方法 将2013-05～2014-05于铜川市人民医院南院就诊并符合纳入标准的70例患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组（治疗组35例予以丹龙醒脑方治疗;对照组35例予以常规治疗）,两组患者均治疗6周且每3周予以复查,综合比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应等情况,并采用SPSS16.0统计软件进行统计分析.结果 治疗前两组患者对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;治疗后治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 丹龙醒脑方治疗脑梗安全有效,能缓解患者临床症状与不良反应,改善患者神经功能缺损症,提高患者生活自理能力与生活质量,是临床治疗脑梗患者的新思路.

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Danlongxingnao Fang （DLXNF） in the treatment of Cerebral Infarction. Methods From 2013 May to 2014 May ,there are 70 eases with cerebral infarction patients ,which was divided into two different groups by using random number table（ the treatment group contains 35 cases, treating with with DLXNF;the control group contains 35 cases, treating with conventional therapy only）. Each case of them were treated of 6 weeks and reviewed every 3 weeks, then The clinical curative effect and the adverse reaction of the two groups were observed. The SPSS 16.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Results There is no sig- nificant difference between the treatment group and the control group before the treatment（P 〉0.05） ;the clinical ef- ficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The DLXNF is effective and safe in the treatment of cerebral infarction. It can relieve clinical symptoms and reduce adverse reaction, and im- prove neurologic impairment symptoms. What＇s more, it improve the self - care ability and life quality of patients, providing a new approach for clinical treatment.
