SWOT Analysis and Strategy Research of Chinese Herbal Medicine GAP Bases Development in Liaoning Province

目的:促进辽宁省中药材GAP基地发展。方法:SWOT分析法和多专家评定法。结果:SWOT分析表明辽宁省中药材GAP基地优势和劣势相伴,机遇与挑战并存,唯有加大地区政府支持力度,提高制药企业对GAP的认识,发展优势道地药材,才能推动辽宁省中药材GAP的高效发展。结论:判断出辽宁省中药材GAP基地发展应采取的战略类型是调整性争取型战略。

Objective： To promote the development of Chinese herbal medicine GAP base in Liaoning province. Methods： The SWOT analysis and muhi-expert rating methods were applied in the research. Results： SWOT analysis showed that there existed the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges for the GAP bases in Liaoning. The Chinese herbal medicine GAP bases in Liaoning province could develop efficiently, only if the regional government supports were intensified, pharmaceutical companies＇ understanding to the GAP was improved and Liaoning-specific geoherbs were promoted. Conclusion： it is concluded that the strategy should take the type for strategic adjustment strategy.
