交联水凝胶基质的中药巴布膏剂制备 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究交联水凝胶基质的中药巴布膏处方和制备。方法:以聚丙烯酸钠为主要基质材料,通过其与铝盐反应,制备交联水凝胶基质的中药巴布膏剂,考察巴布膏剂的初黏力和赋形性。结果:交联水凝胶基质可负载较高的中药成分,且具有适宜的黏附性和赋形性。结论:交联水凝胶基质适合新型中药巴布膏剂的制备。 Objective: To study the formulation and preparation of TCM cataplasms with cross-linked hydrogel matrix. Methods: Polyacrylic sodium was used as one of the main matrix material, which chemically reacted with aluminum salt to form cross-linked hydrogel matrix of the cataplasms, and the properties of the cataplasms were evaluated. Results : The cross-linked hydrogel matrix was able to load relatively high amount of extracts of TCM and other ingredients, and provide suitable properties. Conclusion: The cross-linked hydrogel matrix is ideal for the development of novel TCM eataplasms.
