Simultaneous Determination of Liquiritin,Glycyrrhizic Acid and Icariin in Jian Yang Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的：建立同时测定健阳片中甘草苷、甘草酸、淫羊藿苷3种成分的RP-HPLC方法。方法：Dionex Acclaim C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm）;流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液;流速为0.8 m L·min-1,梯度洗脱;柱温为30℃。分别对线性关系、精密度、重复性、稳定性及加样回收率进行考察。结果：被测定的3种指标成分中甘草苷在0.036 4～0.546 0μg（r=0.999 8）、甘草酸在0.321 2～4.818 0μg（r=0.999 7）、淫羊藿苷在0.384 0～5.760 0μg（r=0.999 9）线性关系良好;平均加样回收率在99.60%～100.76%（RSD≤2.0%）。结论：该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可为健阳片的质量控制提供参考。

Objective： To develop an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of liquiritin, glycyrrhizic acid, icariin in Jian Yang Tablets. Methods： The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Dionex Acclaim C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5.0 μm） with acetonitrile-0. 05% phosphate as mobile phases at the flow rate of 0. 8 mL·min-1 for gradient elution, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Its linear relationship, precision, repeatability, stability, and recoveries were investigated. Results： The seven componenls were well separated and showed good linearity, such as liquiritin 0. 036 4 -0. 546 0 μg（r =0. 999 8）, glycyrrhizic acid 0. 321 2 -4. 818 0 μg（r =0. 999 7）, icariin 0. 384 0 -5. 760 0 μg （ r = 0.999 9 ）. The average recoveries were between 99.60% and 100.76% （ RSD ≤ 2.0% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and repeatable. It can be applied to the quality control of Jian Yang Tablets.
