多囊卵巢综合征超声诊断分析

Analysis of ultrasonic diagnosis for polycystic ovarian syndrome

目的探究多囊卵巢综合征患者超声诊断的情况。方法对59例多囊卵巢综合征患者进行超声诊断,将其随机分为两组,实验组32例患者采用经阴道超声检查,对照组27例患者采用经腹部超声检查,对比患者的诊断情况。结果两组患者多囊卵巢综合征的检查情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合证患者采用经阴道超声诊断的准确率更高,敏感性高,值得推荐。

Objective To investigate ultrasonic diagnosis for polycystic ovarian syndrome. Methods A total of 59 patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome received ultrasonic diagnosis, and they were randomly divided into two group. Experimental group with 32 cases received transvaginal ultrasound examination, and control group with 27 eases received transabdominal ultrasound examination. Diagnosis situations were compared between the two groups. Results The difference of examination for polyeystic ovarian syndrome between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome provides high accuracy and sensibility, and it is worth recommendation.
