舒适护理在腹腔镜子宫全切术的应用

Application of comfortable nursing in laparoscopic total hysterectomy

目的分析舒适护理对腹腔镜子宫全切术患者的应用效果。方法 110例行腹腔镜子宫全切术的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组患者给予常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上给予舒适护理。对比两组患者的心理状态及患者护理满意度。结果两组护理前Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为96.4%,明显高于对照组的81.8%(P<0.05)。结论采用舒适护理对于腹腔镜子宫全切术患者具有较高的临床应用价值,能够有效改善患者心理状态,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing for laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing laparoseopic total hysterectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing measures, and the observation group received additional comfortable nursing. Psychological states and satisfaction degree of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The two groups had no statistically significant differences of Zung self rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self rating depression scale （SDS） before nursing （1~〉0.05）. The observation group had much better improvement than the control group after nursing （/~〈0.05）. Satisfaction degree was 96.4% in the observation group, and that was obviously higher than 81.8% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of comfortable nursing can provide high clinical application value for laparoscopic total hysterectomy patients. This method can effectively improve their psychological states and satisfaction degree of clinical nursing, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
