The Black Arts Movement was an important cultural movement, which started in New York in 1960s. Many black arts activities were carried out in New York and the museum protests were extremely impressive. In the black arts era, some African American artists voiced their opinions on different occasions and protested directly that black arts were neglected. At the same time, the museum protests protests declined triggered by ＂quality＂ of the art work were increasingly catalyzed.
