16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在冠心病诊断中的应用

摘要 目的探讨16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在诊断冠心病中的应用效果。方法收集该院收治的冠心病患者63例,同时进行16层螺旋CT及X线冠状动脉造影(CA G),以X线冠状动脉造影为金标准,评价16层螺旋CT诊断的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值,并分析不同性质斑块对16层螺旋CT诊断结果的影响。结果 16层螺旋CT对冠状动脉中、重度狭窄的诊断敏感度和特异度均较高;对轻度狭窄敏感度尚可,特异度欠佳。所有患者共发现137处斑块。16层螺旋CT对软斑块、中间斑块所引起的冠状动脉狭窄诊断敏感度较高,对钙化斑块所引起的冠状动脉狭窄诊断特异度和阳性预测值均较低。结论 16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像属于无创性诊断手段,可作为基层医疗机构冠心病筛选及初步病情评价的首选检查手段。
