The combat readiness warehouse is the material foundation of medical support and main contents of health combat readiness. Especially,good management of combat readiness warehouse and implemen- tation of ＂Sanfen Siding＂ are fundamental to ensure rapid and effective development of medical sevices forces. This paper explores the common problems and countermeasures in the management of combat readiness warehouse in military hospitals.
