长航人员心理疲劳与中医体质的相关性研究

The correlation study of mental fatigue and Chinese medicine constitution in escort troops

目的了解长航人员心理疲劳状况及其与人口学特征、中医体质的相关性。方法采用疲劳自评量表(FSAS)与中医体质量表对139名长航人员进行横断面调查。结果将139例分为心理疲劳组、无心理疲劳组,其中心理疲劳组97例,占69.8%,无心理疲劳组42例,占30.2%。心理疲劳组的FSAS中躯体疲劳、疲劳后果、疲劳程度总分、疲劳对睡眠/休息的反应及疲劳的情境性均高于无心理疲劳组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理疲劳的长航人员多为偏颇体质,不同体质类型的心理疲劳比率有差异,气虚质、痰湿质、阳虚质者更容易出现心理疲劳。心理疲劳的长航人员FSAS各因子与中医体质的相关性分析表明,FSAS各因子与平和质呈显著负相关,与偏颇体质呈正相关。Logistic回归分析表明,军龄与心理疲劳的发生有相关性。结论体质及军龄与长航人员心理疲劳的发生有内在相关性。

Objective To observe the correlation of mental fatigue, demographic characteristics, and Chinese medicine constitution in escort troops.Methods Fatigue self-assessment scale （ FSAS ） and Chinese medicine constitution scales were used in this study to conduct sectional survey on 139 members of escort troops.Results 139 members of escort troops were divided into mental fatigue group and non-mental fatigue group, involving 97 cases of mental fatigue （69.8%）, and most of which were bias con-stitution, and 42 cases of non-mental fatigue （ 30.2%） .In mental fatigue group, scores of physical fatigue, fatigue consequences, total score of fatigue degree, fatigue reactions to sleep/rest and situationality of fatigue were all higher than that of non-mental fatigue group, there were significant differences between them （ P〈0.05）.Different constitution types had different rate of mental fatigue. People who had qi deficiency, phlegm-dampness and yang deficiency were easier to get mental fatigue. Correlation analyses of FSAS factors and Chinese medicine constitution indicated that FSAS factors had negative correlation with balanced constitution, and positive correlation with bias constitution.Logistic regression analysis indicated there was correlation between length of military service and mental fatigue.＆amp;nbsp;Conclusions Chinese medicine constitutions, length of military service have inner relationship with mental fatigue of escort troops.
