中国水资源利用效率区域差异的时空特性和动力因素分析

Spatio-temporal characteristics and dynamic factors of regional difference in utilization efficiency of water resources in China

基于泰尔指数分解方法,分析2004—2013年我国水资源利用效率区域差异的时空特性和动力因素。结果表明,2004—2013年我国水资源利用效率的泰尔指数呈现逐渐上升的趋势,表明区域差异在变大;在"空间"意义上,组间差异对总差异变动的贡献度呈现上升的趋势,是地区差异变动上升的关键;在"动力"意义上,资本产出比和劳动人口耗水比与泰尔指数的变动是一致的,资本劳动比与泰尔指数的变动态势存在差异。

Based on the decomposition method of Theil index,the spatio-temporal characteristics and dynamic factors of the regional difference in utilization efficiency of water resources in China from 2004 to 2013. The results show that during 2004—2013,the Theil index of utilization efficiency of water resources in China has a gradual increase trend,indicating the large regional difference. From the viewpoint of space, the contribution of group difference to the total difference exhibits an increase trend,and it is key to the increase of regional difference. From the aspect of dynamic factors,the variations of capital-output ratio and laborwater consumption are consistent with those of the Theil index, and the variation of capital-labor ratio is different from that of the Theil index.
