不同开口饵料对泰山螭霖鱼仔鱼摄食力、存活和生长的影响 被引量:7

摘要 分别采用褶皱臂尾轮虫、经浓缩藻液营养强化的卤虫无节幼体、熟蛋黄投喂泰山螭霖鱼仔鱼14天,测定其摄食力、存活率和生长情况.结果表明,投喂1天后蛋黄组摄食率最低,轮虫组最高,卤虫组摄食率较高且肠(胃)充塞度最高,大多数个体都在3-5级.投喂14天后各处理组仔鱼的存活率虽无显著性差异,但卤虫组仔鱼的体质量、体长均高于其它两组,且存在显著性差异.因此,卤虫无节幼体可作为泰山螭霖鱼仔鱼的优质开口饵料. Food intake, survival rates and growth of Scaphesthes macrolepis larvae were measured after 14 days'feeding using rotifers ( Brachionus plicatilis) condensed algae solutions and cooked egg yolks, , brine shrimps (Artemia) nauplii with nutrient enriched by respectively. The results showed that the food intake rate of Seaphesthes macrolepis after 1 day by cooked egg yolks was the lowest while that by rotifers was the highest. Meanwhile, the food intake rate of Scaphesthes macrolepis feed by brine shrimps nauplii was medium with the highest intestine fullness (Class 3 -5 for most individuals). After 14 days'feeding, there were no significant differences for survival rates among the three treatments, whereas the body weight, body length of Scaphesthes maerolepis feed by brine shrimps nauplii was higher than other two treatments, and had significant differences. In conclusion, brine shrimp nauplii can be used as good initial feeds for Scaphesthes macrolepis.
