摘要 目的:对比研究蜜紫菀小包装饮片与散装饮片在贮存期间的质量变化。方法:采用留样观察法,以饮片外观性状、水分、浸出物、含量等为评价指标,常温放置0、3、6、12个月,分别观察、检测不同时期蜜紫菀小包装饮片和散装饮片内外质量变化情况。结果:在常温贮存1年后,蜜紫菀小包装饮片的外观性状、内在质量明显优于散装饮片。结论:该结果为小包装中药饮片的贮藏、检验及质量标准的制订提供理论依据。 Objective: To compare the changes of quality of prepared ZiYuan (Aster tataricus L. f.) with honey in tiny packages and in bulk during the period of storage. Methods: By taking the appearance, moisture, extract, con- tent and others as the indexes, the sample was placed at room temperature and observed at the beginning, the 3 rd, 6th and 12 th month, the internal and external changes of the quality of processed ZiYuan in small package and in bulk at different periods were observed and detected respectively. Results: ZiYuan in tiny package was significantly better than the herbs in bulk after keeping under room temperature for one year in the appearance and the quality. Conclusion: The results provide theoretical evidence for the establishment of quality standard, the storage and detec- tion of herbal pieces in tiny packages.
