中西医结合护理对急诊阑尾切除术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响

Influence of Integrative Medicine Nursing on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Functions of the Patients after Emergency Appendectomy

目的:探讨中西医结合护理对急诊阑尾切除术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法:将急诊阑尾切除术后患者101例随机分为联合组及对照组。对照组患者术后采用常规护理,联合组患者采用中西医结合护理。对比2组患者护理后胃肠功能恢复情况及术后并发症发生率。结果:联合组患者术后排气功能恢复早于对照组(P<0.01),术后平均VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01),且联合组肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次排便时间、下床活动时间及住院天数均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);联合组2例出现术后切口感染,并发症发生率为3.92%;对照组切口感染6例,腹腔脓肿1例,盲肠脓肿1例,粪瘘1例,并发症总发生率为18.00%。联合组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊阑尾切除术后患者采用中西医结合护理可起到减轻疼痛、促进肠道蠕动,进而加快胃肠功能恢复的作用;可降低术后切口感染发生率。

Objective： To find out the impact of integrative medicine nursing on gastrointestinal functions of the patients after emergency appendectomy. Methods： Altogether 101 patients were randomly divided into the combination group and the control group. The control group adopted conventional nursing after the surgery, the combination group integrative medicine nursing. The recovery of gastrointestinal functions and postoperative complications incidences of both groups were compared. Results： The combination group was earlier than the control group in passing wind recovery after the surgery （P〈0.01）, lower than the control group in postoperative average VAS scales （P〈0.01）, and it was lower than the control group notably in recovery time of intestinal gurgling sound, first bowel movement time after the surgery, ambulation time and hospitalization days （P〈0.01）; there were two cases of the combination group with incision infection after the operation, and the incidence of complications was 3.92%; there were six cases with incision, one cases suffering ~om peritoneal abscess, one case with typhloempyema and one case with fecal fistula, total complication incidence was 18.00%. the combination group was lower than the control group in the complication incidence （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Application of integrative medicine nursing to the patients after emergency appendectomy could relieve pain, promote bowel movement, therefore to accelerate gastrointestinal function recovery and decrease postoperative incision infection incidence
