摘要
新能源汽车对驱动电机的输出功率、转矩、电机的尺寸等技术要求不尽相同。若对每一项要求都分别予以满足的话,则研发驱动电机需要较长的开发时间、费用及交货期。为此,日立集团的下属公司开发了2种基型驱动电机。本文介绍纯电动汽车与混合动力车用驱动电机相同的设计思路,以及这两者在外形、与之组合的部件、冷却方式、定子铁心外径尺寸的差别;为解决低速运转的脉动、高速运转时噪声与振动的课题,重新设计了转子总成与电子总成。
Two basic driving motors are developed by HITACHI company.The same design thought of driving motors for pure EV and hybrid vehicle is introduced with the differences between them in shape,components,cooling mode and outside dimension of stator core.The rotor assembly and electronics assembly are redesigned to solve the problems such as pulse in low speed rotation and noise and vibration in high speed rotation.
