摘要
介绍了一种具有三维立体结构的织物开关,它包括支撑部分和孔洞部分。支撑部分采用贯穿接结结构,孔洞部分分别采用隧道式和有间隔经纱结构,按照设计的工艺参数完成织造。同时,为了优选出两种孔洞部分的织物开关,设计了开关串联检测系统,即与织物开关按键对应的发光二极管矩阵,利用矩阵中二极管的点亮与否判断按键开关的导通状态。通过开关串联检测,得出有间隔经纱的孔洞部分组织结构更为合适。
One kind of fabric switch with three -dimensional structure was introduced, and it included support part and orifice part. The through -interlocking structure was used in the support part; tunnel and spacing warp structure were separately adopted in the orifice part. According to the designed process parameters, the fabric switches were woven. Worthwhile, in order to optimize the fabric switches with different orifice parts; the testing system of the switch ,;cries was projected and developed. There are light emitting diode matrixes corresponding with buttons of fabric switch in this testing system. When pressing the fabric keyboard switch, the switch' s connection is judged by the LED' s show. The results show that the orifice part of the spacing warp is fitter than the tunnel when used in orifice part.
