摘要
纺织纤维的电阻是纤维电学性质的重要测试指标。以ZC36型高阻计为依托,分别设计分离式油压散纤维压缩装置、纱线均匀缠绕和加持装置以及织物三电极和配重系统,并将这三者集成在一个系统中,实现了利用一台测试设备对不同纤维集合形态的测量,扩大了ZC36型高阻计的使用范围,弥补了纤维集合体电学性质测试仪YG321型纤维比电阻测试仪的不足。通过实验反映出,该测试系统准确度较高,量程宽,成本较低,可用于测试各种纤维集合体形态材料的电阻。
Electrical resistance of textile fiber is one of the important indexes of fiber electrical property. Depending on ZC36 higher resistance tester, separating oil-pressed random fiber compressing device, yarn even winding and clipping device as well as three-electrodes and counter-weights system for fabrics were integrated into a system. Electrical resistance of different fiber assemblies can be measured by one tester. It widened the application range of ZC36 higher resistance tester, and it is made up for deficiency of YG321 fiber specific resistance tester. By testing, the testing system showed higher accuracy, wider testing range, and lower cost. It is suitable to test all kinds of textile materials with different fiber assembly structures.
