Modification of yarn breakage monitoring on ring frame

摘要 断头率是衡量纱线品质的重要指标。阐述了两种细纱断头实时监测方案:方案一针对钢丝圈进行监测,称Ring Route细纱断纱检测系统;方案二基于纱线形成气圈的状态进行监测。以上述监测方案为基础,在纺纱过程中通过测量电路电压信号,对比两种监测方案得出改进效果。结果表明:方案一监测信号波形易受短动程升降卷绕和纱线细度变化影响,造成噪声信号强度较大,监测信号电压幅值波动明显;方案二监测信号波形稳定性得到改善,噪声信号强度减小,系统运行更加稳定可靠,为细纱断头监测技术的应用和实时了解纺纱断头的分布奠定了基础。 Breakage rate is an important indicator of yarn quality. Two real-time monitoring systems of yarn breakage are introduced, namely Ring Route spinning yarn breakage detection system, which mainly focus on the travelers, and the modified monitoring system, which is based on the monitoring of yarn balloon. On the basis of these two systems, voltage data was measured along the spinning process and compared afterwards to arrive at the improved result. The result shows that the waveform in the ring route system is susceptible to short motion lifting winding and yarn change. The intensity of noise signal is larger. In addition, the voltage amplitude of monitoring signal demonstrates an obvious fluctuation. While the waveform of monitoring signal in the modified system tends to be more stable, and the intensity of noise signal decreases. These contribute to the stability of the whole system and lay a solid foundation for the application of timely yarn breakage monitoring technology and the easier acquirement of real-time yarn breakage distribution information.
