The design and realization of the platform for technological innovative management

针对上海纺织(集团)有限公司在科技创新管理上存在的不足,提出了设计和开发拥有自主知识产权的科技创新管理平台系统的必要性及可行性。介绍了此科技创新管理平台系统的设计开发过程,包括开发调试环境、网络拓扑结构设计、平台各子系统设计及平台界面设计。并对子系统的功能、科技管理全生命周期以及平台并发进行了测试。应用效果显示:科技创新管理平台提高了科研管理的工作效率。

According to the shortcomings of technological innovative management in Shangtex, the necessity and feasibility of the platform for technological innovative management which owns self intelligent property rights were put forward and developed. The design and development process for technological innovative management platform system were introduced, including developing debugging condition, designing network topological structure, designing every subsystem of platform and interface. The functions of subsystem, life cycle for technological management and platform concurrent were tested. The application effect showed that the technological innovative management platform improved the efficiency of technological management.
